JEAN-PIERRE BONNEFOUX

A dancer, choreographer, teacher and director – Jean-Pierre Bonnefoux has spent the last 20 years as Charlotte Ballet’s leader and visionary. Jean-Pierre’s influence is seen in all areas of Charlotte Ballet from the stage, to the Academy, to work in the community. The ballets he choreographed, such as Nutcracker, will thrill audiences for years to come. The emerging choreographers he mentored will continue creating new ballets. The dancers he taught and coached will long recall his words of wisdom.

At Inspired Works, Jean-Pierre’s final performance as Charlotte Ballet’s president and artistic director, we celebrate 20 years of leadership and dedication.
